When you contact us

We use the name, company, contact details and product requirements you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and discuss your order. Please include only information needed for your enquiry.

Our website and enquiry security checks use Cloudflare. Enquiry emails are delivered using Resend to our sales team. These services process the information needed to operate the website, protect the form and deliver your message.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand website visits, referring websites and actions such as viewing products, opening an enquiry, submitting the form, clicking an email link or opening the catalogue. Google Analytics processes information such as pages viewed, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie-based identifiers.

Our analytics events do not include the name, email address, company, message or other text you enter in the enquiry form. Page addresses sent by our measurement code omit query parameters and fragments. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

We load Google Analytics only after you accept analytics. You can reject optional analytics and still browse the site and send an enquiry. Analytics may be blocked by your browser or network, so it does not count every visit or enquiry.

Cookie choices

We remember your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_2QRW2WH0B9, configured with a 180-day lifetime that may refresh with later visits.

Use Cookie choices to change your decision. Rejecting optional analytics stops further collection through our measurement code and removes its Google Analytics cookies from this browser. It does not remove data already received by Google. Security checks and essential website services operate separately from optional analytics.
